Our finca is in a delightful setting, surrounded by nature. The house looks down over our own valley of terraces flanked by woodland. A short walk up the track past the top fields gives a spectacular view of the Ebro Delta.

The land is mixed; flat arable fields, grazing land and fruit tree terraces. In the past we had goats and sheep so there is a sheep shed and coral. A local farmer grows barley on some of our fields.

The house is off-grid. There is an excellent, well maintained 24v solar power system. All our water is collected from the rooves into cisternas with a total capacity of 45,000cu.m. We have needed no deliveries since they were built. There is a dip pool at the side of the house which provides additional water storage if necessary. Foul drains go into a two-chamber septic tank while bathroom drains are piped out to hoses for garden watering.

There are 2/3 bedrooms, a sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining/living room with wood burning stove and a bathroom. The hot water and central heating are fuelled by oil boiler. The adjacent boiler house has a 1000cu.m tank and storage space.  On the north-east side of the house there is a pantry/storage cupboard. 

Attached to the house is a fully equipped joinery workshop. Most of the machines are powered by three phase electricity which is supplied by a 30kv generator in an adjacent lean-too building.

There is an open front garage with adjacent secure storage.

We have unlimited internet via a local supplier.

The nearest town is 12km away and is well serviced with schools, banks, shops, bars, sports pavilion, swimming pool and a weekly street market. The unspoilt coast and two small fishing resorts are a 30 minute drive away. We have excellent longer distance routes via the N340 and AP7 giving easy access to Airports.

Our house is fully legal with a Cedula certificate of Habitation.
